Arguijo Corp. was selected to execute the replacement of multiple 36", 30" and 24" 600# gate valves and an existing 36"x40" pig barrel via 30" double stopple bypass. Project scope included: 1-30" and 1-36" stopple complete with 30" bypass, demo of all existing station piping, fabricate​/​hydro-test​/​tie in a new 36"x42" launcher barrel with new 30"​/​24" trap​/​bypass​/​station inlet valve settings. Tie ins required a critical mainline outage, requiring Arguijo crews to work 24hrs​/​day. Tie ins were successful and completed on schedule."
