Owner's Representative EPCM — SWD, Metering & Pipeline Infrastructure, Powder River Basin Freezer Engineering served as Owner's Representative Engineering Management Team for Anadarko's new venture into the Powder River Basin, directing contracted engineering and construction teams across a growing portfolio of SWDs, metering sites, transfer pump stations, and pipeline infrastructure. Our electrical and instrumentation scope included electrical load requirements, instrument lists, and coordination of long-lead equipment across new-build facilities. We conducted process hazard analyses (PHAs), enforced Anadarko's engineering standards, and reviewed designs from contracted teams for technical accuracy and compliance. Piping stress analysis — including thermal expansion, vibration issues, and excessive equipment nozzle loads — was addressed through detailed mechanical and instrumentation review. Standardized design templates and scalable platforms were developed to accelerate delivery as the basin build-out expanded, ensuring consistency across facilities and enabling faster engineering cycles as the program matured.
