30 GW Hyperscale AI Data Center – Power Systems & Electrical
Freezer Engineering delivered electrical engineering and technical specifications for one of the most ambitious hyperscale AI campuses in development. Our scope covered utility connection design, gas meter station integration, gas turbine power generation, solar generation, battery storage, and Torus battery flywheel systems — all engineered to Tier 3/4 uptime standards. We developed single-line drawings, power simulation models, and calculation workbooks, working directly with each major equipment vendor to validate the electrical architecture. The design accommodates 30 GW of ultimate power capacity across 1,143 acres, with a scalable electrical platform that established templates and standards now deployed across multiple facilities. A particular focus was placed on future-proofing the power distribution design to support anticipated 2030 AI workload densities without constraining the long-term vision.
