Execute all scopes required to re-class a section of 30" mainline via hydro-static testing due to DOT requirements. Isolate pipeline segment via 30" 600# stopple (inside an existing compressor station), and downstream block valve. Scope included: replace existing 30" block valve and misc. station piping​/​fabrication, stopple work, tie ins, filling​/​testing​/​drying, crane work, coating, paint, and backfill. All work completed safely under difficult time constraints during mainline outage.
